Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

This self-adhesive wound represents a venous leg ulcer, a defect of the tissue of the leg caused by chronic venous insufficiency. The epithelialisation phase shown corresponds to the most common ulcer disease (between 60% and 80% of all ulcers), at the moment when the epithelial tissue that finally closes the wound is forming. This small wound is perfect for sticking on the ankle or on the leg and adheres by itself. For prolonged use it can be fixed with a special skin glue. All the materials in this product are dermatologically harmless.
