What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
This realistic, life-size foot model shows the typical symptoms of diabetic foot syndrome. It presents several ulcers and lesions of different degrees located at the usual sites. It also shows other signs, such as cracked skin and a necrotic toe. It is a perfect model both for diabetes education and for nursing training or medical studies, and it is particularly suitable for wound care training.
