2.Territorial scope

On this site, More Than Simulators S.L.U. presents its catalogue and its services for Spain and Portugal. Communications, quotations and contracts arising from this site are entered into with this company.

The contracting and invoicing entity for each transaction is expressly identified in the quotation and in the order confirmation. Until that point, the information published on this site is for information purposes only and is not binding on either party.

3.Purpose of the site and nature of the information published

The purpose of this website is to present the owner’s catalogue of simulation equipment, its services and its working methodology, and to make technical and training documentation available to the public.

This site does not publish prices and does not allow purchases to be completed. The «My list» feature allows users to gather the references they are interested in and send them to the owner as a request for information or for a quotation. Such a request does not constitute an offer, order, reservation or contract, and creates no obligation for either party. A contract is formed only on the terms set out in the General conditions of sale and service.

Descriptions, images, technical data sheets and specifications come mostly from the manufacturers. The owner reviews them, but does not warrant that they are free of errors or that they reflect the manufacturer’s latest revision at all times. The binding configuration of an item of equipment is the one stated in the accepted quotation.

4.Nature of the equipment: simulation and training material

The equipment presented on this site is intended for the education, training and assessment of competences of students and professionals.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, it is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745, nor an in vitro diagnostic medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/746, and it must not be used on patients or for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.

The clinical content, cases, guides and teaching materials published on this site are for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute medical or veterinary advice or a clinical protocol, and they do not replace the professional’s judgement or the rules of the institution.

5.Conditions of use of the site

Access to this site is free of charge, except in areas that require registration or credentials, such as the technical support portal.

Users undertake to:

The texts, the navigation structure, the catalogue classification, the guides, the articles, the owner’s own photographs, the graphic design and the code of this site belong to the owner or to its licensors, and are protected by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, approving the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Act, and by the applicable industrial property legislation.

Viewing, downloading and printing for personal, teaching or internal organisational use is authorised, provided that the content is not altered and the source is cited. Any other use — in particular reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation for commercial purposes — requires prior written authorisation.

The simulation classification framework published in the Resources section may be freely cited in academic work and in tender documentation, with the corresponding attribution to its authors.

The trade marks, trade names, logos and distinctive signs of manufacturers or third parties appearing on this site belong to their respective owners. They are present in order to identify the product or its origin, and do not imply sponsorship, association or endorsement by those owners.

Links to third-party sites are offered solely as a convenience to users. The owner does not control and accepts no responsibility for their content, policies or availability.

8.Liability for content, availability and security

The owner endeavours to keep the site available and up to date, but does not warrant the absence of interruptions, errors or omissions, nor that the site is free of elements that may cause alterations to the user’s computer system.

The owner shall not be liable for damage arising from misuse of the site, from unavailability due to causes beyond its control, or from the use users make of the information published.

In particular, if the user is a consumer, the venue corresponding to them under consumer protection legislation shall have jurisdiction, and the above submission shall not be enforceable against them.
