Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

The torso reproduces the correct anatomical auscultation sites on a paediatric patient. Placing the SimScope stethoscope over each site plays the programmed sound from an extensive library of heart, lung and bowel sounds.

The instructor can select different sounds and pathological conditions to customise the practice scenario, allowing students to work on identifying normal and abnormal findings during paediatric examination.

It is supplied with the SimScope stethoscope, its sound library, and an instruction guide.
