Supplied with the PEDI Blue neonatal simulator with SmartSkin technology. The PEDI Blue neonatal simulator can change colour according to a preselected situation and to the effectiveness of the airway ventilation and the chest compressions. A Code Blue monitor, with a small built-in computer, monitors the ventilations and the compressions and determines whether they meet or exceed
the usual standards of neonatal CPR. If they are correct, the monitor makes the skin take on a healthier colour. If the ventilations and
the compressions are insufficient or absent, the monitor turns the skin a bluish colour. The newborn is intubable and allows umbilical catheterisation to be performed.
