Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

Baby Aiden is a 35-week silicone birthing manikin designed for delivery room simulation, including urgent surgical scenarios. Its realistic preemie scale and weight encourage natural learner interaction in both vaginal birth and caesarean delivery.

The umbilical cord attached to the baby allows practice of UAC and UVC catheterisation as part of immediate care after birth. The integrated lungs, with visible chest rise, allow training in airway positioning and bag-valve-mask ventilation, and it also supports nasogastric tube placement.
