Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

This moulage shows a colostomy, the most frequently performed type of stoma. The end colostomy is usually located on the midline or on the left side of the body and shows the colon sutured above skin level. Thanks to a special plastic compound, all the usual stoma bags adhere to the moulage. The model makes it possible to measure the stoma with the template, clean the skin with water and fit the base plate and the bag. The moulage is mounted on a stand and can also be removed.
