Description
What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
This silicone sleeve slips over the heel and shows an electrical burn exit wound, which you can combine with the electrical burn lower-arm sleeve (MB130) to simulate the current’s full path through the body.
It’s made from soft silicone with a mesh backing and fits most standardised patients and manikins. You can shorten the edge with a safety pin or bandage clamps, hide it under a sock with pre-burnt edges for extra realism, and add soot powder, which wipes off skin and silicone easily.
It measures 7 x 7 cm on an adult heel and weighs 0.06 kg.
