Description
What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
Complete kit for setting up burns scenarios on standardised patients or manikins. It brings together a torso with burns (MS310), a Luke facial overlay with burns (MM446), a long glove with burns for the left arm (MB210) and a stick-on wound sheet with fire burns (MP011). The pieces can be used separately or in combination.
All pieces are made of soft skin-like silicone with reinforcing mesh, hand-painted and with matched burns and skin tone. You can choose between partial-thickness or full-thickness fire burns; explosion burns can also be prepared on request.
The torso is fastened with Velcro over its Veltex panel, the glove slides over the arm and the facial overlay is designed for SimMan, although it can also be worn by a standardised patient. The edges are hidden with clothing or bandages, and soot powder can be added.
