Description
What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
This leg focuses on intraosseous access to the proximal tibia for use with the STAT patient simulator, and is used to practise with B.I.G. and EZ-IO devices, among others.
Unlike the fluid-capable version (LF03830), this model does not simulate fluid: there is no blood source accessible through the injection site, so practice focuses on anatomical location and needle insertion technique, without the confirmation of aspirating simulated blood.
The bone sections and knee skin can be replaced separately, allowing the leg to be reused across multiple training sessions.
