Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

Adult Sectional Abdomen for X-Ray CT, US is designed based on an average anatomy of an adult healthy human male. It is compatible with X-Ray/CT and Ultrasound. The bones are made from a realistic patented epoxy-based composite material, with vertebrae that have a realistic three-layered structure with inner porosity.

The phantom can be customized with any pathologies for learning the techniques of FAST (Focused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma), FAMUS (Focused Acute Medicine Ultrasound), and any other procedural training (Pericardial effusion , etc.). It is also well suited for POCUS (Point-of-Care Ultrasound) training, allowing practitioners to develop and refine their bedside ultrasound skills in a realistic and hands-on setting.

This product is a translucent amber version (opaque, skin-colored version available upon request). An ideal phantom for training ultrasound technicians and other medical students.

Note: By default, the phantom comes in a translucent amber appearance. A skin appearance can be achieved upon request.
