Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

Smart TruALS Adult is a full-body ALS and ACLS simulator with integrated smart sensor technology, designed for intensive advanced life support training. Trainees can practise airway management, CPR with real-time feedback, needle decompression, intraosseous (IO) access, intravenous (IV) and intramuscular (IM) administration, with live performance data delivered wirelessly to the SmartRESUS app.

Featuring a comprehensive monitor bag, cardiac training tools, palpable carotid and femoral pulses, tongue oedema, visible lung isolation and anatomically correct landmarks, Smart TruALS Adult is the most advanced ALS and ACLS simulator for clinical and prehospital resuscitation training.

  • CPR with real-time feedback
  • Humeral and tibial intraosseous access with fluid flashback
  • 12-lead ECG placement and cardiac rhythm recognition
  • Defibrillation and AED use (simulated through the SmartRESUS app)
  • Cardiac pacing
  • IV and IM drug administration
  • Carotid and femoral pulse palpation
  • Identification of stomach distension
  • Oral and nasal intubation and bag-mask ventilation
  • LMA, supraglottic device, OPA and NPA insertion
