Description
What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
The model reproduces the lower half of an infant’s body, with interchangeable male and female genital inserts that allow both urinary catheterisation procedures to be practised on the same torso.
It offers realistic resistance during catheter insertion and simulates fluid output once the catheter is correctly placed in the bladder, thanks to an internal bladder tube.
The genital inserts can be replaced independently, extending the simulator’s working life against the wear of repeated classroom use.
