Description
What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
This half life size model reproduces the most relevant pathologies of the colon and rectum. In the descending colon region, an adhesion and a cancer are shown in detail, together with other conditions such as an inflamed appendix, intussusception, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis and adenocarcinoma.
The rectum shows an ulcerative form of rectal cancer, represented separately for ease of study.
The model is mounted on a base with a stand.
