PerfusionSIM is a task trainer for normo-thermal regional perfusion (NPR) in donation after circulatory death (DCD) organ transplantation and resuscitative endovascular occlusion of the aorta (REBOA).

Features
- This task trainer allows venous and arterial cannula placement in adults for NPR in DCD donors, as well as for VA-ECMO in patients in cardiac arrest and refractory cardiogenic shock.
- Puncture and cannulation can be performed with real devices in the two-vessel insert (right femoral puncture site). The replaceable two-vessel puncture pad allows multiple access attempts as well as ultrasound-guided access and cutting.
- Vena cava entering the transparent right atrium.
- Transparent cardiac atrium allows viewing of the cannula entry (once the chest is removed).

- Realistically depicted spine, ribs, kidneys, liver, diaphragm, lungs and heart positioned inside the torso
