Anatomy
The model mimics the weight, height, head circumference, chest circumference, and body proportions of a real full-term newborn, with flexible simulated skin and realistic subcutaneous and muscle tissue.
Anatomically accurate facial structure, unobstructed nostrils, and realistic auricles enhance realism.
The umbilicus and residual umbilical cord are authentically represented, with soft, elastic skin that feels genuine to the touch.
Realism
The model can be positioned in various bionic positions due to high joint mobility, making it suitable for multiple training scenarios.
An alarm activates if the head and neck are tilted back excessively, simulating the need for careful handling.
The model supports practical training in newborn bathing and care techniques, including umbilical cord and nasal/ear care.
Cleaning
