Puncionar la vena yugular interna, la yugular externa, la subclavia derecha y la vena femoral derecha.
Realizar la punción torácica para líquido pleural y la descompresión del neumotórax.
Practicar la punción de absceso hepático, la punción renal derecha, la paracentesis abdominal y la punción lumbar.
Colocar una vía intraósea en el esternón y en las espinas ilíacas.
Realizar la inyección intracardíaca y la biopsia de ganglio linfático cervical.
Aplicar las técnicas asépticas previas: desinfección de la zona y colocación de paños estériles.

Referencias anatómicas bien marcadas para localizar los puntos de punción: esternocleidomastoideo, escápula, apéndice xifoides, espina ilíaca anterosuperior y ombligo.
Pulso automático de la arteria carótida y de la arteria femoral.
Contenido distinto en cada punto: absceso simulado en la punción hepática, líquido hemático en la inyección intracardíaca y silbido audible al descomprimir con aguja.
Se coloca y se fija en decúbito supino, sentado, decúbito lateral derecho e izquierdo y decúbito prono.
Cada intervención cuenta con unos 8 minutos de explicación en audio, con avisos de voz para las maniobras correctas e incorrectas.
Almohadillas de piel, depósito de líquido y módulos intraóseos sustituibles; caja de control con figura humana y luces indicadoras.
