What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

This 13-part model, enlarged approximately 2.5 times life size, shows the anatomy of the human eye. The orbit can be opened into 3 parts to reveal the internal structures.

It includes the eyelid with the lacrimal gland and duct, the muscles (4 parts), the eyeball dissected into 2 removable halves, and the cornea, iris, lens and vitreous body (3 parts).

Mounted on a base. Size: 19.5x17x21.5 cm. Weight: 800 g.
