Description
What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
It is a wearable sleeve for practising blood draws and vascular access. It carries a simulated RealFlow tissue pad secured with hook-and-loop tabs and puncture-resistant material that prevents the needle from reaching the person wearing it. It works on both a manikin and a real person.
It withstands over 300 injections or blood draws. It allows training to progress from a manikin to a stationary person and then a moving one. It is made of non-toxic, latex-free silicone, with US patent no. 8,613,621.
