Description
What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
This sheet contains 3 silicone wounds: 1 skin tear and 2 large lacerations. They allow assessment, cleansing, closure and bandaging of fairly extensive open wounds to be practised.
The wounds are self-adhesive: they are peeled off the plastic sheet, applied directly to the skin of the standardised patient or to the manikin and removed without leaving residue. They are reusable and washable, and can be finished with blood, FX make-up, dirt or soot to suit the scenario.
