Description
What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
This MEDICFX piece is a self-adhesive silicone patch reproducing a rash consistent with septicaemia, part of the brand’s wider range of rash patches (which also covers meningitis, urticaria and anaphylactic shock). It is quick to apply and can be used on a range of manikins.
It sticks directly to the manikin’s skin and can be removed without leaving residue; it is reusable many times over and can be layered with blood, pus or FX make-up to customise the scenario.
It is cleaned with warm soapy water and disinfected with isopropyl alcohol; powder should not be applied to the sticky side, as it stops it adhering.
