Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

The “Lucy” maternal and neonatal birthing simulator is a simulation system conceived to represent the complex demands of a growing population with unique health and physical needs. It reaches a new level of physical realism that brings an almost human connection and allows deeper immersion in the training situation. The model offers a complete and affordable way of simulating birthing scenarios from the prenatal to the postnatal phase. This anatomically correct birthing simulator makes it possible to experience realistic normal and pathological deliveries. The quality and the simplicity of its construction make “Lucy” easy to use and to maintain, and make it possible to teach birthing techniques at all levels of training.
