Description
What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
DrSim® is Accurate’s own software for screen-based clinical simulation. Each case runs on a 3D reconstruction of the scenario, with an animated patient and a vital signs monitor updated in real time. The simulation evolves according to the learner’s diagnostic and therapeutic choices and their promptness, and includes real investigations — videos, images and image series — to raise realism.
It comes in three versions: single cases for individual or group sessions, DrSim Editor for modifying existing cases and creating new ones, and DrSim VR for running the microsimulation in a Meta Quest 2 virtual reality environment. The editor lets you change patient information, vital signs, investigations, therapies and the operations available to the learner, and add your own media, such as auscultation findings within the physical examination. The SCORM packages it produces can be distributed through an LMS such as Moodle.
