What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
This moulage is made of silicone and shows a self-inflicted injury on the forearm in which the artery has been opened lengthwise. The moulage has a supply line with a connection for the bleeding system. It is self-adhesive on manikins or on human skin, although it adheres less well where there is a lot of hair. It can also be applied with moulage adhesive, but in that case the moulage permanently loses its self-adhesive property. All wounds are supplied in plastic boxes for safe storage.
