Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

Female silicone torso with an internal mesh that prevents tearing, designed for smaller manikins such as Nursing Anne. It can be worn by both manikins and standardised patients; it is small on a SimMan but works well with the sides and back covered by clothing.

The breasts are moulded semi-detached from the chest wall: they are free along the lower edge, so they can be lifted, the electrode placed underneath and the breast returned to position. It is a mechanical solution, not a tissue simulation, but it allows genuine practice of electrode and pad placement under and around the breast, a step that is often skipped. ECG points or holes can also be added.

If ordered together with a facial overlay, both are made in the same base tone. Blood, dirt, GelFX wounds or stick-on wound sheets can be added.
