This set is made up of 2 thyroid models, each divided in two (4 parts in total). The first illustrates Graves’ disease, the most common autoimmune cause of hyperthyroidism. The second shows thyroid adenoma and carcinoma, compared with the normal right side of the gland.
The model is mounted on a base with a stand. Size: 16.5x13x20 cm. Weight: approximately 314 g.
