Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

This model is an anatomically correct male feline that allows practice in the correct placement of the urinary catheter.

An inner casing can be removed from the cat, containing the bladder, pelvic bone and penis with a soft foam surround. The bladder can be filled with water from the filling tube at the back of the holder, to obtain real information and practice draining the bladder. The foreskin can be rolled back to expose the penis for probe insertion.

GENERAL:

The model can be attached to a desk or table and has non-slip rubber feet to prevent it from moving during the procedure.

A replaceable suture block is placed on the back of the cat, with a mesh reinforcement in the silicone, which allows the catheter to be sutured to the skin. Possibility to practice suturing the catheter in place.
