Description
What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
The model provides a complete representation of the eye, with eyeballs designed for easy interchange, facilitating repeated clinical examination and practice of different assessment protocols.
It presents 37 different lesions, including age-related macular degeneration, central retinal vein occlusion, hypertensive retinopathy and diabetic retinopathy at various stages, allowing trainees to practise visual recognition of retinal pathology by ophthalmoscopy.
It is intended for ophthalmology training within medical education.
