Features

Four prostate diseases at different stages:

First stage: slightly enlarged, but the prostate gland is normal.
Second stage: prostate with two well-defined, hard nodules (one is at left upper quadrant, the other is at right upper quadrant), simulate early stage.
Third stage: the small nodule has increased in size and has become an external hard mass on the surface of the gland.
Fourth stage: this gland is totally replaced with carcinoma. The entire gland will feel hard and irregular.
