With the introduction of the new adult PRO+ head, PRESTAN enhances realism with a functional nasal airway and the possibility of training with an NPA device.

The PRO+ adult manikin head design offers a functional nasal airway and an improved functional nasal lung bag design for quick and easy practice.

When properly lubricated, a nasopharyngeal airway (NPA) can be inserted through the nose of the PRO+ adult head to simulate nasal airway opening during training
New PRO+ adult head design allows for simplified lung bag installation
New PRO+ adult face shield has been designed to fully cover the oral and nasal airways
Existing PRESTAN+ adult professional facepiece can be used
CPR Rate Monitor for PRESTAN Professional Manikins
Provides instant feedback for both instructors and trainees
- Visual feedback from the CPR rate monitor gives trainees a true sense of performing 100-120 compressions per minute
- Lights continuously signal rate progression, confirming that compressions are within the 100-120 cpm range recommended by industry guidelines
- Yellow light will flash if the upper limit of 120 cpm is exceeded, warning trainees to slow down
- Instructors can quickly and easily monitor multiple trainees
- In addition to the visual CPR rate monitor, students will also hear a clicking sound when the chest is pushed to the appropriate depth of 2.0 to 2.4 inches, allowing them to experience the true force required to perform actual chest compressions.
- CPR rate monitor can be purchased separately to upgrade any PRESTAN professional manikin without monitoring
The face shields and lung bags are sized specifically for each Prestan professional simulator (adult/child/infant) and are not interchangeable between simulator sizes, and are not interchangeable between model sizes.
When administering breaths, the chest will only rise when a correct head tilt is performed, the chin is lifted and the nose is fully squeezed.
The PRO+ adult lung bag attaches easily to the oral/nasal insertion tube and allows for simplified lung bag installation.
