- Two fetal heads: one is full-term, the other is premature
- Cranial sutures and anterior and posterior fontanels are palpable on the skull
- Fetal heads are fixed on the flexible shaft through the pelvis
- The position of fetus and pelvis can be observed during the delivery process
- Engagement, descending, flexion, internal rotation, extension, restoration and external rotation, and fetal delivery can be simulated
- Forceps and vacuum extractor can be used to assist delivery
