Description
What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
This life-size model, made up of 5 pieces, represents the major components of the urinary system, together with the vena cava and abdominal aorta. The right kidney is dissected to show the cortex, medulla, pyramids, calyces, pelvis and the origins of the renal artery and vein. The bladder can be opened to reveal the mucosa, trigone, urethra, seminal vesicles, ejaculatory ducts and vas deferens.
It is mounted on a base.
Size: 25x18x30 cm. Weight: approximately 440 g.
