Seven cases of emergency and basic gynaecological surgery: tubal sterilisation, four different presentations of ectopic pregnancy — right and left isthmic, small ampullary and ruptured ampullary — a ruptured ectopic after failed sterilisation, and prophylactic oophorectomy. The ruptured ones arrive with the patient unstable.
