Description
What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
This life-size knee model is made of transparent plastic and shows the position and the function of a knee endoprosthesis very graphically. The reproduced prosthesis can be removed from the model and put back in, which makes it possible to explain the procedure clearly during patient information and preparation for surgery. The endoprosthesis is made of metal and corresponds almost exactly to a real prosthesis in weight and size. As the bones are transparent, the position and the function of the prosthesis can be seen clearly.
