What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

Realistic female pelvis for developing diagnostic skill in gynaecological procedures, anatomy teaching, abdominal palpation and speculum handling. The model makes it possible to introduce gynaecological examinations fully and without stress, or to make more advanced tactile comparisons of pelvic disorders in the classroom, paving the way to clinical experience. Made of soft, easy-to-clean vinyl with a skin-like texture, it offers realistic anatomical detail and landmarks.
It includes the following interchangeable inserts:
– normal cervix for IUD insertion and removal
– normal multiparous cervix
– cervix with endocervical polyp
– cervix with ectropion
– cervix with neoplasia (carcinoma)
– normal uterus for IUD insertion and removal
– 10-week pregnant uterus and two adnexal masses.
Ovaries not included. Supplied with a carry bag.
