What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
One of the basic skills of a veterinarian is the ability to position the dog correctly. Positioning for spinal stabilisation, supine or otherwise, is possible. “Rocky” provides a natural range of motion and also a realistic resistance so that practice can be done in a simulation environment before the student works with a real animal. The mobility of the shoulders and hips is at 90°, the knees, elbows, ankle and carpal joints have the same mobility.
