Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

The manikin brings together all the skill stations of the adult CRiSis range in a single body: airway management compatible with ET, EOA, LMA, EGTA, Combitube and King system devices, with cricoid cartilage for practising the Sellick manoeuvre and separate lungs for auscultation; a blood pressure arm with five Korotkoff phases and radial pulse; and an IV arm articulated at the biceps, with realistic blood flashback from a pressurised system.

The chest supports real defibrillation with any brand of defibrillator, up to 360 joules, and allows ECG monitoring at four sites and defibrillation at two, just as with a real patient.

Unlike the standard auscultation version with ECG simulator, this variant adds CPR Metrix with iPad control: it flags incorrect hand placement, signals correct compression depth and correct ventilation volume according to AHA standards, with per-student reports that can be saved as PDFs for course tracking.
