Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

The manikin brings together in a single infant body all the stations needed for paediatric advanced life support training: 4-lead ECG monitoring, IV therapy, umbilical catheterisation, airway management, intraosseous infusion and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

The built-in arrhythmia simulator reproduces 17 adult and 17 paediatric cardiac rhythms, with electronic pacing capture and cardioversion simulation, allowing complete neonatal and infant emergency scenarios to be worked through without changing equipment.

By combining so many skill stations in a single manikin, it speeds up setting up complex simulation scenarios and gives continuity to practising a clinical case from start to finish.
