What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
An introductory cataract surgery kit for practising the main surgical steps: incisions, viscoelastic fill, capsulorhexis, hydrodissection, phacoemulsification, grooving, chopping, cortex removal by irrigation/aspiration, and intraocular lens implantation. The models come pre-assembled and single-use, requiring no assembly, so they are suited to demonstrations and quick training sessions.
