Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

This simulator consists of a soft part representing the skin, beneath which a rigid plate is fixed that protects the wearer from possible needlestick injuries caused by an incorrect movement.
The implanted port and the blood bag are not currently supplied, but they can be ordered separately if needed.
The model is fastened around a person’s neck and waist with adjustable straps. It makes it possible to practise the care of an implanted port. The fact that it is worn by a person greatly increases the realism of the exercise, since it adds the possibility of talking to the ‘patient’ and of feeling their movements and their breathing.
