What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

Obstetric model for normal birth, side-lying birth and birth on all fours. This set makes it possible to practise various obstetric techniques, such as perineal protection and assessment of the newborn and of the placenta.
Features:
• Obstetric model for normal birth, side-lying birth and birth on all fours.
• The detachable legs make it possible to recreate an almost clinical setting.
• The fetus model can reproduce extension of the neck, which makes it possible to practise vacuum-assisted or forceps delivery techniques.
• Kocher forceps and an umbilical cord clamp can be used on the umbilical cord of the placenta.
• A nuchal cord can be simulated.
Training in: perineal protection, birth care, cutting of the umbilical cord and delivery of the placenta

Realizar el parto instrumental con ventosa o con fórceps aprovechando la extensión del cuello fetal.
Pinzar y cortar el cordón umbilical con pinza de Kocher y pinza de cordón.
Valorar el recién nacido y la placenta tras el alumbramiento.
