Life-size head with aged skin for training in facial aesthetic injections. The face reproduces the landmarks that guide infiltration: forehead, orbit, external nose, zygomatic bones, lips, mandibular angles, chin and auricles.

The aged skin matters: it is what defines where and how deep to inject, and it is the skin of the patient who actually walks into the clinic. Working from the bony landmarks rather than from visual impression is what separates a safe injection from one that reaches a vessel.
