Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

High-quality natural reproduction of a human spinal column, with removable pelvis and femoral stumps. The model is mounted on a mobile spiral metal tube, which gives it stability and, at the same time, great flexibility. It is the ideal model for anyone who wants to work intensively with the spinal column for many years. The special flexible intervertebral discs behave like natural discs. The spinal nerves and the vertebral artery are also shown. The femoral stumps are flexibly mounted and are easily removed.
Without stand.
EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE
These spinal columns have flexible intervertebral discs that, when the column is bent, compress on one side and expand on the opposite side, just as in the human being. The elastic discs prevent an unnatural gap from forming between the vertebral body and the disc when the spinal column is bent. All the bone parts are cast from a natural spinal column and show with anatomical precision every structure, fissure, foramen and process. As well as this exact reproduction of each vertebra, particular emphasis has been placed on mobility. Thanks to the use of a mobile, unbreakable metal tube, the spinal column is permanently flexible and, even after years of intensive use, is still as mobile as on the first day. This model stands out especially in the demonstration of lordosis, kyphosis and scoliosis, as well as in manual medicine. The flexible intervertebral discs, the emerging spinal nerves and the natural mobility show the interplay between the intervertebral disc, the vertebral body and the nerves very well. The sacroiliac joint is mobile. The pelvis can be removed.
It is our best-selling model for training, continuing education, patient education and demonstration. Particularly suitable for manual therapy. Recommended by teachers and course leaders.
