What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

AURiS is a simulated stethoscope to practice auscultation with realism. It works as a hybrid simulator that can be used with mannequins and standardized patients. The sound library is remotely controlled by the AURIS auscultation training application.

AURiS uses advanced sensor technology with the app’s internal sound library, which includes heart, lung, bowel, and noise sounds in a simple instructor interface.
