Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

ARTHRO Mentor combines what no purely virtual simulator manages: a physical anatomical model that the arthroscope and instruments genuinely enter, and behind it three-dimensional imaging with tactile sensation that responds to drilling, suturing and shaving tissue.

It covers the three major joints — shoulder, knee and hip — with interchangeable models on the same platform, and a library of over 80 tasks, cases and didactic content running from basic triangulation to meniscal and labral repair.

It has more than fifteen years of validation studies behind it, and assessment is done on performance metrics rather than the tutor’s impression.
