The Basic Buddy manikin is simple to set up and to maintain. It offers an open airway with the head-tilt chin-lift manoeuvre and a visible chest rise on ventilation. The xiphoid process serves as an anatomical landmark for placing the hands and performing the compressions. The training data are stored in digital format on the phone or the tablet.
