Both wounds do have a pumping mechanism and can be used for tamponade treatment. On the upper leg additionally training of tourniquet use is possible. Both wounds can bleed independent

Description
What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
Full life-size leg, from the hip to the foot, with a blast wound (stun grenade) to the leg and a gunshot passing through the thigh. Both wounds have a pumping mechanism and can be used for treatment by wound packing. On the thigh the use of a tourniquet can also be trained. The two wounds bleed independently, so you can adjust the situation to your training needs.
