What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
This life-size torso consists of 12 parts. It is a detailed model, ideal for teaching. The structures
are numbered and labelled in the instructions supplied. The neck is open and shows muscles, glands, vessels and nerves.
The thorax and the abdomen are open.
The following parts can be removed:
– Head, in two parts, showing the brain and the upper airways
– Half of the brain with representation of structures and vessels
– Right and left lung with representation of the bronchial tree and the vessels
– Heart
– Liver with gall bladder
– Stomach
– Pancreas with spleen, with representation of vessels and ducts
– Large and small intestine with removable appendix valve
