Description

What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

This life-size model, sectioned along the frontal plane and divided into 2 pieces, shows the most important pathologies of the female reproductive system. It includes four types of fibroid tumours (intramural, subserous, submucous and broad ligament myoma), along with endometrial carcinoma and carcinoma of the cervix.

Also shown are polyps of the uterus, salpingitis, oophorocystosis, endometriosis and candidal vaginitis, each in its corresponding anatomical location.
