What this equipment is and what it's designed for.

This 5-year-old paediatric simulator is designed for training in clinical procedures common in childhood. It allows participants to practise oral and nasal intubation, tracheostomy care, enema placement and gastric suction on a manikin with age-appropriate proportions and anatomy.

It is part of the MIKE and MICHELLE family of paediatric simulators, designed to progressively cover the different paediatric patient ages, from newborn to 5 years.
